Return Policy

We hope you love what you've ordered, but we know that sometimes things don't work out.

  • Initiate your return within 60 days of the purchase date on your receipt or packing slip.
  • Damaged or missing items? Contact Customer Service for assistance.
  • Note that a $6.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your total return amount.
  • Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing returns.
  • Please note, if you purchased items at another retailer, you'll need to return the purchase to that retailer.

What's Not Returnable?

  • Items without an order receipt or an e-confirmation.
  • Items with removed tags or items missing their original packaging.
  • Clearance items or items marked as "Final Sale".
  • Washed or worn items.

Gift Cards and eGifts

Gift Card Returns: No cancellations or refunds on the purchase of a gift card (final sale).

eGift Card Returns: Cancellation refunds can be requested on the purchase of an eGift card scheduled for a future delivery date. Please contact CashStar Customer Support for a refund. By Phone: (855) 631-4658 (8am to 8pm Eastern Time, daily).

Bulk Purchaser Policy

Quirkies reserves the right to restrict, limit, cancel or alter orders and the terms of purchase and returns applicable to Bulk Purchases. Bulk Purchases mean and include purchases for resale of greater than five (5) items of the same style of merchandise.

Customers of Quirk Life merchandise may not use any trademark, copyright or copyrighted materials, images, models or other intellectual property of Quirkies or Quirk Life without first obtaining Quirkies written permission to do so. Further, customers may not use the company name, trademarks or copyrights in a manner that implies a sponsorship or endorsement by Quirkies, or hold themselves out as an affiliate of Quirkies.

All sales of discounted merchandise to customers who make Bulk Purchases are final. Customers who make Bulk Purchases may not return any merchandise unless such merchandise was defective when sold and was purchased at regular price. Buyers of Bulk Purchases may not return merchandise to Quirkies.

Customers who make Bulk Purchases will not be entitled to the benefit of free shipping or discounted shipping options. A shipping surcharge for Bulk Purchases may be applied for at home or in-store delivery.

Quirkies reserves the right to refuse sales to customers who make Bulk Purchases at any time.
