Return Policy

Our collections are made for you, but if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. Returned items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed. All monogrammed, personalized, altered, or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please email streetwear@quirkies.io before shipping your item back. We will set you up with a return label to allow for faster processing of your refund. Returns and exchanges must be pre-approved and arranged via email before sending any items back.

Once your return is received and inspected by our returns team (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Exchanges

We will do our best to assist with exchanges, but please note that some items may not be available due to limited stock. Contact us at streetwear@quirkies.io to arrange an exchange before sending any items back.

Processing

Once you have placed an order on our site, you will receive a confirmation email. To cancel an order, please email us at streetwear@quirkies.io immediately. Once you have received a tracking number, your order cannot be canceled.

Once an order has been fully placed, we cannot switch items or sizes. Please ensure you order the correct sizes and colors and provide the correct shipping address and email at checkout.

Please refer to the size chart on each product listing before purchasing to ensure the best fit. Some products may have an oversized or baggy fit -- be sure to read each product description carefully.

We strive to process most orders within 5-7 business days. Our warehouse hours are 10am to 4pm EST, Monday through Friday. All orders are shipped from our Michigan warehouse.

Domestic Shipping

We ship domestic orders using USPS and FedEx. Ground shipping generally takes 3-6 business days to arrive after being picked up by the carrier. Please allow 48 business hours for your tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

International Shipping

All orders outside the US are shipped using USPS or UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service. The international flat shipping rate applies to apparel only and orders under 15 lbs. If shipping rates appear incorrect at checkout, please contact us before placing your order so we can verify the correct rate for you.

Depending on your location and the service selected, international deliveries may take an average of 2 to 12 days. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees associated with their international order.

Please allow 24-48 business hours for a response from our team. When reaching out, please include your name, the name on the order if different, your order number, and a description of your question or concern.
