5 Ways to a Better Monday

Monday oh Monday…who sent for you? Seriously, why are you here? Even if you love your job Monday can still hit you like a ton of bricks. If you’re feeling sluggish or overwhelmed I have some ideas that might perk you right on up.

Eat breakfast. Never get so busy that you skip this important meal. Keep in mind that it need not be an elaborate spread. If you don’t have time to cook try a hearty smoothie or yogurt with granola and a piece of fresh fruit.
Get cute. We all know that when you look good you feel good!
Have a plan. Decide your course the day before. This helps set determination so you stay productive on Monday.
Choose clothes the night before. I don’t know about you, but figuring out what to wear can make me late. Getting into the habit of deciding the night before is one more thing to help you feel in control of your day.
Keep inspiration around. Here are a few that I have at home. But it can be as simple as putting a motivating screensaver on your phone or a post it note on your computer.





Now, go forth and make this day great! And there’s no reason to do these things ONLY on Monday, they’re helpful all week ;-.D
